  • Overview

    The Client Service Manager is a highly visible, key strategic partner responsible for ensuring the quality of services at accounts for an assigned region. In addition to Client Services activities to ensure client expectations are exceeded for assigned accounts, the CSM will partner with the Director of Client Services to develop and execute strategic operational initiatives and identify new client opportunities.


    • Point-of-contact for escalation protocol for assigned accounts. Builds and maintains rapport with client contacts, hospital physicians and facility partners.
    • Performs quarterly site review in coordination with Quality Management protocols; attends on-site meetings with clients as necessary and coordinates quarterly site visits to include meetings with Medical Director, Site Manager(s), trainers and clinic administration.
    • Provide continuous improvement review of processes, operational metrics, workforce management and Scribe training; seeks feedback from clinicians and other stakeholders to drive further efficiencies and productivity within the organization.
    • Provides Director of Client Services with operational reports for monthly and quarterly review and analysis ensuring client and company objectives are attained and proactively assessed for future strategic planning and workforce management.
    • Assists Director of Client Services with development and dissemination of Client Services policies and procedures
    • Leads team meetings with employees and oversees Site Managers/Coordinators at assigned accounts 
    • Collaborates with the Training & Education department to develop content and continuing education for assigned accounts to be approved by CMO 
    • In collaboration with corporate Talent Acquisition department, seeks out new recruitment and sourcing opportunities, coordinates with Site Coordinators and/or performs recruitment activities 
    • Provides oversight of project management team during project implementation of a new account. 
    • Works closely with senior ProScribe management to develop and achieve corporate sales targets by identifying new opportunities and assist coordination of strategic sales strategies. 
    • Promotes and fosters a team attitude for assigned personnel through daily personal interactions, weekly feedback meetings and by assisting in the development of policies and procedures specific to benefiting ProScribe and our Clients.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in health related or business field required 
    • Previous scribing or clinical experience preferred, but not required 
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
    • Project management skills; ability to establish time lines/project plans and adhere to schedules 
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to facilitate meetings with both internal and external customers via both conference call and in person 
    • Mature and professional in attitude and appearance 
    • Ability to communicate with internal and external customers as well as senior management 
    • Detail oriented individual with ability to determine root cause and assess corrective action 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project 
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
    • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills; ability to multi task 
    • Ability to quickly assess and change based upon fast paced environment

    Performance Assessment

    Performance is assessed in a written format at the end of the 90-day probationary period.
