The Client Service Manager is a highly visible, key strategic partner responsible for ensuring the quality of services at accounts for an assigned region. In addition to Client Services activities to ensure client expectations are exceeded for assigned accounts, the CSM will partner with the Director of Client Services to develop and execute strategic operational initiatives and identify new client opportunities.
