    Job Title: Implementation Manager          Department: Implementation

     

    Summary: The Implementation Manager is a highly visible, key strategic and operational partner responsible for implementing new business. Effectively establish and develop successful client relationships. Ensure smooth transition from implementation to ongoing account management.  Participate in site visits/meetings and assist operations as needed. Responsible for leading and developing implementation team for assigned projects.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with Sales/Marketing to ensure all required information is provided to Implementation to meet the effective date of services
    • Take ownership of entire implementation process; escalate issues to management as needed
    • Schedule and facilitate meetings with Client and internal departments; exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance
    • Establish Implementation Timeline; responsible for coordinating the effort and resources necessary to assure successful implementation of new Clients within required time frame
    • Builds rapport with client contacts, hospital physicians and facility partners
    • Manage and coordinate requirements to assure successful transition to Account Management
    • Lead and plan high performing implementation teams, including development, documentation, and training, while ensuring appropriate processes are followed
    • Maintain project plan and various project documents; update documents regularly and communicate updates to the clients and internal parties
    • Responsible for documenting process and procedures pertaining to implementation
    • Proactively communicate to clients and internal departments throughout the implementation process
    • Attend on-site meetings with clients as necessary
    • Ensure compliance with Quality Management Plan; quality control is consistent and client expectations are exceeded through quality assurance and client feedback process
    • Provide continuous improvement review of processes; seeks feedback from clinicians and other stakeholders to drive further efficiencies and productivity within the organization
    • Monthly report review and analysis ensuring client and company objectives are attained and proactively assessed for future strategic planning
    • Collaborates with appropriate internal and external departments to ensure compliance with hospital and ProScribe policies; ensures successful operations with newly assigned accounts through collaboration with internal departments and key stakeholders
    • Promotes and fosters a team attitude for assigned personnel through daily personal interactions, weekly meetings and by assisting in the development of policies and procedures specific to benefiting ProScribe and our Clients
    • Must be able to travel as needed

     

    Supervisory Responsibilities:  

    • Oversee and evaluate assigned Implementation Specialists
    • Ultimately responsible for implementation team for assigned project

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in health related or business field required
    • Previous scribing or clinical experience preferred, but not required
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

     

    • Project management skills; ability to establish time lines/project plans and adhere to schedules
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to facilitate meetings with both internal and external customers via both conference call and in person
    • Mature and professional in attitude and appearance
    • Ability to communicate with internal and external customers as well as senior management 
    • Detail oriented individual with ability to determine root cause and assess corrective action
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills; ability to multi task
    • Ability to quickly assess and change based upon fast paced environment
