  • Overview

    Reporting to Account Management, the Site Manager will act as a liaison between the Scribes and clinic/hospital staff as a point of contact for escalation protocol while representing the Company in a knowledgeable, caring and professional manner. Will be responsible for facilitating review of scribe documentation and quality control/ assurance procedures. Will follow up within the assigned clinic/hospital to disseminate new Company protocols and updates while overseeing the identification of opportunities, goals and core measures to enhance scribe skills and overall service solutions.



     Attends weekly tele/video conference with Account Manager to provide site reports and pertinent updates

     Facilitate team review of assigned documentation, quality control/assurance and follow up training.

     Help maintain skills, productivity and efficiencies within assigned site(s)

     Conduct all classroom training and continued education at assigned facility

     Oversee onsite training team and performs training and development of onsite training team to ensure compliance with Clinical Training Guidelines and quality assurance

     Ensure compliance amongst staff with all ProScribe and facility policies and procedures, including, but not limited to: Attendance, Quality Management Plan, HIPAA and security, etc

     First point of contact for assigned site’s Scribe workforce solutions and schedule fulfillment. Will partner with Account Manager to ensure 100% shift coverage.

     Assist in the dissemination and implementation of new Company and/or facility protocols, updates, and tasks.

     Act as a liaison between client and Company ensuring proper escalation, documentation and follow up is completed in a professional and timely manner.

     Assist management with Scribe performance reviews and ensure feedback is fully communicated and documented according to direction of account management.

     Informs Account Manager of any disciplinary action for employees regarding attendance and performance; adheres to positive discipline protocol and completes Disciplinary Action Form to ensure proper documentation; escalates disciplinary action up to Account Manager when appropriate.

     Actively participate in assigned site management meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure goals, areas of opportunity, and core measures are reviewed, communicated and attained.

     Collaborates with Talent Acquisition department to organize and attend recruiting events

     Perform Medical Scribe duties periodically to fulfill shift coverage and to maintain skill set (see Medical Scribe JD for complete list of roles and responsibilities)

     Perform other duties as assigned.

     Education and Experience


     High school diploma or GED required

     Minimum two years scribing or clinical experience required

     Oversee and evaluate onsite Training Team and Scribes at assigned facility
