The Implementation & Training Specialist is responsible for successful on boarding of new Client accounts. Act as point of contact for Client during project implementation. Oversees assigned training team and ensures quality of program throughout the implementation. Supports Account Management during transition from Implementation to ongoing site maintenance.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college, Science or Business preferred. One year experience required within a healthcare, medical setting; previous scribe experience preferred. Previous implementation and/or project management experience preferred. Combination of clinical experience and/or education will be considered. Excellent time management, coordination and communication skills required. Strong organizations skills with ability to work independently, manage workload and meet deadlines required. Ability to adapt and thrive in a growing and changing environment.
